We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives. The role involves planning and executing donation drives, charity events, crowdfunding campaigns, and awareness programs to secure funds for our NGO’s projects.

Responsibilities:
● Membership Drives – Engage people to join the NGO as members and collect contributions.
● Donor Identification – Identify new donors and secure their support.
●Sponsor Identification – Approach sponsors and organizations to arrange funding.
● Fundraising Campaigns – Organize online and offline donation drives. Campaigns – Organize online and offline donation drives.
● Proposal Writing – Prepare and send proposals to sponsors/donors for NGO projects.
● Follow-up – Maintain regular communication with donors and sponsors to secure ongoing support.
● Event Sponsorship – Identify and negotiate with sponsors for NGO events.
● Corporate Tie-ups – Collaborate with companies to secure CSR funds or support.
● Online Crowdfunding – Run fundraising campaigns on social media and crowdfunding platforms.
Requirements & Qualification :
● Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
● Prior experience in fundraising or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
● Availability to dedicate time for planning and attending events.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Creativity in campaign planning and donor engagement.
● Good organizational and time management abilities.
● Experience in securing funding
